Alice B. Maynard (née Obrenski), age 85, late of Phoenix, AZ, formerly of Dolton. Beloved wife of the late Harold; devoted mother of the late Stephen; proud grandmother of Justin and Erin Maynard; cherished great-grandmother of Rowen; dear sister of Florence (late Richard) Livengood, and Thomas (Nancy) Obrenski; loving daughter of the late Alexander and Catherine (née Sonata) Obrenski. Alice loved to travel with the Ahwatukee Recreational Center (The ARC) to many states and countries. She served for 10 years as the treasurer of her HOA Community. Alice was a lifelong Blackhawks fan, and loved to play water volleyball and lawn bowling. Visitation Friday, 10:00 a.m. until the time of Service at 1:30 p.m. at Thornridge Funeral Home (Janusz Family Funeral Service) 15801 S. Cottage Grove Ave., four blocks North of 162nd Street (Rte. 6) Dolton / South Holland. Interment Oakland Memory Lanes.
