Carole A. Dunne nee Morrison, age 90, late of Mokena formerly of  Elwood and Dolton. Beloved wife of James M. Dunne for 67 blessed years; loving mother of Brian (Lisa), Michael (Jodi), the late Kathleen, Judith (Joseph) Weingarz, and Timothy (Kathy) Dunne; proud grandma of Josh & Nick Dunne, Matt, Colleen & Kelly Dunne, Kevin, Sean, Clare & Maggie Weingarz, Jack & the late Charlie Dunne; cherished great-grandma of Roman, Aiden, and Dominic; dear sister of the late Jane Abbey; kind aunt of many nieces and nephews. Carole was an employee of Marshall Fields with many years of dedicated service. She loved her grandchildren, Chicago Bears football, sweets and family gatherings most of all. Carole was an active parishioner of St. Joseph Church in Manhattan, and St. Jude the Apostle Church in South Holland, and she faithfully prayed the rosary daily. A Memorial Mass will be held on Saturday, August 10th 10:30 a.m. directly at St. Joseph Church, 255 W. North St, Manhattan, IL 60442. Private Interment Abraham Lincoln National Cemetery.
