Charles William Cima Jr., United States Air Force Veteran, late of Paxton, IL, formerly of Burr Ridge. Beloved husband of the late Evelyn J. (née Gallas); devoted father of Elizabeth (Mitchell) Nuss, and Laura (Lee) Seidman; loving grandfather of Erik Nuss, Corey Nuss and Albrey Kopp; proud great-grandfather of Camden Nuss; dear brother of Robert (Nancy) Cima, Norma (late John) Teresko, late Virginia (late Archie) Cundari, and Delores Cima; kind uncle of many nieces and nephews. Chuck was a proud veteran, having served as an airplane electrician during the Korean War in Korea. He loved ballroom dancing and enthusiastically participated in the Chicago Jitterbug Club for over 25 years. Chuck gave a great deal of time and energy to the Thornridge High School Band Parents Association as their president for seven years.
