Colette M. Hoffman (née Duggan), age 90, late of South Holland. Beloved wife of the late Joseph G. Hoffman; devoted mother of Therese (Jerry) Sullivan, Mary Jo (Marty) Belchak, Cheryl Hoffman, M.D. (Robert Mahowald) and Michael (Celeste) Hoffman; proud grandmother of 12; cherished great-grandmother of 1; loving sister of Bernadette Dayal, Eileen Duggan, the late James J. "Jim" Duggan, Martin Duggan, and Sheila Rios Duggan; dear sister-in-law of Gladys (late Byron) Butt; kind aunt of many nieces and nephews. Colette graduated from Little Company of Mary Nursing School, and received her BSN from Rush University. She worked for over 50 years in the Neuro, ICU, and recovery units of Ingalls Hospital, retiring at age 82. Colette was proud of her philanthropy, and gave generously to many charities. Memorial Mass Friday, 11:30 a.m., directly at Christ Our Savior Church, 880 E 154th St, South Holland. In lieu of flowers, memorials to the charity of your choice appreciated. Interment Private.
