Balcerak (née Lulinski); loving sister of Dr. Richard (Lisa) and David (Kelly) Balcerak; dear aunt of Brittany and Jessica; kind niece of Jerry (late Florence) Balcerak, and Dolores Duncan. A long-time parishioner of Holy Ghost Church, Deborah was also a lifelong White Sox fan, and she had a passion for Shelties.
