Dorothy J. Engelbrecht (neé O'Neil ), age 96 , late of Beecher formerly of South Holland . Beloved wife of the late Gordon Engelbrecht; devoted mother of Susan (Ron) Pallot, James (Paula), Thomas, Carol (late John) Pedersoli, Robert, the late William Engelbrecht and J an A. ( John ) Grzadzinski; loving grandmother of 10 ; proud great-grandmother of 9; dear sister of the late William and Robert O'Neil; kind aunt of many nieces and nephews. Dorothy had a long, full life. The last few years were difficult for her, but she still pushed on, never giving up (Our "Energizer Bunny"). The phrase "she is in a better place" was never truer. Her family would like everyone to cherish the memories you have of her and celebrate her life.
