Beloved husband of Tomasa (née Rojas); devoted father of Norma Santana, Arturo (Amber) Ramos, Jorge (Maria) Ramos, Octavio (Sylvia) Ramos, Estela (Jeronimo) Mendoza, Filimon Ramos Jr., Cynthia (Carlos) Calderon, Marisol Ramos, Daisy Ramos, and the late Rigoberto (Susana) Ramos; loving grandfather of 30 and great-grandfather of 5; dear brother of Arturo (Elvira) Ramos and Benjamin (Socorro) Ramos; kind uncle of many nieces and nephews.
