George C. Panzer, age 94, United States Army Air Force WWII Veteran, late of Riverdale. Beloved husband of 66 years to Julia Panzer neé Bogdanowicz, and devoted father of William. He was preceded in death by his parents, George and May Panzer and brother Norman Panzer. B-26 Bomber pilot with 23 missions, and retired machinist for Allis-Chalmers with 38 years of dedicated service; George also enjoyed hunting, and building model engines in his home workshop. He will be greatly missed. Visitation Monday, 3 - 7 p.m. Funeral Service Tuesday, 11 a.m. at Thornridge Funeral Home (Janusz Family Funeral Service) 15801 S.
