Helen L. Simonek nee Bondar, age 61, late of San Antonio, Texas formerly of Illinois. Beloved wife of the late Charles J. Simonek, III. Loving mother of Robert Simonek, Michelle (David) Severson, Regina (Joseph) Versetto and Heather (William) Busse. Proud Nana of 17. Devoted daughter of the late Richard and Ruth Bondar. Dear sister of Barbara Mormon, Bessie Burian, Ernest Stewart, Robert Bondar, John Stewart and the late James Stewart. Visitation Tuesday 2 to 9 p.m. Funeral Service Wednesday 10:30 a.m. at Thornridge Funeral Home (Janusz Family Funeral Service), 14318 S. LaGrange Rd., (9600 W/Rt. 45), Orland Park. Interment Abraham Lincoln National Cemetery.
