Deacon Herbert F. Drazba, age 83, U.S. Army Veteran, late of Dolton. Beloved husband for 57 blessed years of the late Dorothy T. Drazba (nee Boczkowski); devoted father of Michael, Thomas, Therese and the late Paul Drazba; proud grandfather of Christopher, Scott, Dawn, Samantha, Rebecca Drazba and Walter Smith; cherished great-grandfather of Brodie Drazba; loving brother of Walter (Harriet), Sr. Eunice, O.P., the late Mary Therese and Paul Drazba; dear brother-in-law of the late Mary Ann Malleck; kind uncle of many nieces and nephews. Herbert was ordained a permanent Deacon at St. Mary Magdalene Church in 1975, Scout Master of Troop 706, and 4th degree Knights of Columbus Genoa Council. Lying-in-state Friday 9:30 a.m. until the time of Funeral Mass 10:30 a.m. at St. Jude the Apostle Church, 900 East 154th St., South Holland . Interment Holy Cross Cemetery.
