Jose Martin Gallegos, age 49, of Midlothian, IL, entered into eternal rest on Saturday, September 24, 2016 in Ft. Lauderdale, Fla.
He leaves to mourn his loss his wife Lisa Kenealy; 1 son: Jose Antonio Gallegos, 2 daughters: Katlyn and Anna Gallegos; 2 step sons: Daniel Pero and Robert Kenealy; 1 grandchild: Major Pero; father: Manuel Gallegos; mother: Maria Santos Cabral; 1 brother: Faustino (Maria Elena) Gallegos; close friend Delores Melendrez; numerous cousins, aunts, uncles and dear friends. Jose was an outstanding employee of northeast noise abatement corp. and in his free time enjoyed ranching and caring for his horse. Visitation will be Thursday, September 29, 2016 from 2-8 p.m. with a prayer service at 7 p.m. at THORNRIDGE FUNERAL HOME (Janusz Family Funeral Service) 15801 S. Cottage Grove Ave., four blocks North of 162nd St. (Rte. 6) Dolton/ South Holland. Burial will take place in Zacatecas, Mexico. In lieu of flowers memorials to the family would be appreciated.
