Louise Ann Holle nee Chavez, age 64, late of Frankfort. Beloved wife of the late Douglas R. Loving mother of Michael and Scott. Proud grandma of Brooklyn. Kind daughter of Louis and the late Carmen Chavez. Dear sister of Norma, Cindy, and Lou. Visitation Thursday, from 2-9 p.m. at Thornridge Funeral Home (Janusz Family Funeral Service), 14318 S. LaGrange Rd. (9600 W/ Rte. 6) Orland Park. Funeral Friday, 10 a.m. directly at St. Anthony Catholic Church, 7659 W. Sauk Trail, Frankfort, IL 60423. Interment Holy Sepulchre Cemetery.
