Margaret Papp (née Akai), age 92, late of Dolton, formerly of Burnside. Beloved wife of the late William J. Papp; devoted mother of Terry Papp; dear aunt of Margaret Ruth Pertuit; Margaret was a graduate of Fenger High School, received her Bachelor's of Arts from Elmhurst College, and took  Master's degree courses from Northwestern University. She taught in various capacities for over seven decades, 30 of which were as an elementary school teacher for Dolton District 148. She was a long time member and past president of Delta Kappa Gamma. She enjoyed gardening, reading, and music. Visitation Tuesday, August 17 from 3:00 - 6:00 p.m. at Thornridge Funeral Home (Janusz Family Funeral Service),  15801 S. Cottage Grove Ave., four blocks North of 162nd Street (Rte 6), Dolton / South Holland. Private Interment St. Mary Cemetery.
