Michael Cheroim, age 91, US Army Korean War Veteran, late of South Holland. loving husband of the late Nina Cheroim (née Kolada); devoted father of Mary (late Gregg) Wisniowski; loving grandfather of Traci (Sean) O'Connell, and Laura (Brian) Usinger; proud great-grandfather of Corinne and Madison; dearest brother of the late Alexandra (late Wasyl) Pawlenko; dear brother-in-law of Tina (Frank) Palasti; beloved best friend of Barbara; kind uncle to many nieces and nephews. Michael was an active and dedicated church member. Lying-in-state Monday, from 11:00 A.M. until the time of the Funeral Service at 12:00 P.M. at Sts. Peter and Paul Ukrainian Orthodox Church, 8410 W. 131st Street, Palos Park. Interment Mount Hope Cemetery.
