Dear brother of the late Dolores (late Frank) Hlinka. Uncle, cousin, and friend of many. Bob retired from the Chicago Police Department with 30 years of dedicated service. He was known to always have a joke ready to tell. Bob had a huge heart, loved to read, loved polka, and cowboys.
