Devoted mother of Brian Jasik, Kristina Jasik (Rick Carlson), and Jennifer Jasik; proud grandmother of Zachary and Samantha; beloved daughter of the late Paul and Genevieve Adamowicz; loving sister of Joy (Dan Sako) Adams and Mary Ann (Rudy) Moser; kind aunt of many nieces and nephews. Retired from Little Company of Mary Hospital with 28 years of dedicated service.
