Born May 3,1925 Ursula Konkol made her peaceful transition to the next life on November 29.

Ursula was preceded in death by her husband of 64 years, Robert Konkol and son-in-law Tom Healy. She is survived by their four children—David Konkol (Gail Purkey), Eric Konkol (Nadya), Audrey Konkol, and Anita Healy and one grandchild, Katya Konkol.

Ursula grew up in South Chicago, where she and Robert married and began their family. In 1975 they moved to South Holland, where they lived out their days. She was a devoted member  of Holy Ghost parish there she was the director of record-setting bake sales, sang in the choir and volunteered with Medical Missions. In her youth she played tennis at Bessemer Park; she returned to recreational tennis when the children went off on their own. Lately she watched the Tennis Channel devotedly. Of course Roger Federer was her favorite player.
